Que se passe-t-il si je ne suis pas disponible lors de la livraison ?

Si vous êtes absent au moment de la livraison, le transporteur peut, selon ses procédures,effectuer une nouvelle tentative de livraison ou déposer votre colis dans un point relais à proximité. Les modalités dépendent du transporteur chargé de votre commande. Consultez le suivi communiqué par e-mail pour connaître les instructions et l'emplacement éventuel du point relais.

La livraison est-elle suivie ?

Oui. Un numéro de suivi vous est envoyé par e-mail dès l'expédition de votre commande afin de vous permettre de suivre son acheminement.

Que faire si mon colis semble retardé ?

Quelle est la différence entre les poils de sanglier et le crin de cheval ?

Les poils de sanglier offrent une sensation de brossage plus ferme et tonique. Le crin de cheval est plus souple et procure une sensation plus douce.

Vous préférez une sensation plus douce ? Privilégiez le crin de cheval.

Les poils naturels peuvent-ils tomber pendant le brossage ?

Comme toutes les fibres naturelles, quelques brins peuvent exceptionnellement se détacher, notamment au début. Si vous constatez une perte importante ou continue, cessez d'utiliser la brosse et contactez-nous.

Les poils naturels sont-ils trop durs au début ?

Les poils de sanglier peuvent sembler plus fermes qu'une brosse souple en nylon au début. Si vous préférez une sensation plus douce, le crin de cheval est la variante à privilégier. Dans tous les cas, nous recommandons une pression légère pendant le brossage.

Les poils de sanglier s'assouplissent-ils avec le temps ?

Les poils naturels peuvent évoluer en sensation avec l'utilisation. Leur comportement dépend notamment de leur utilisation, de la pression exercée et de leur entretien.

Les poils naturels conviennent-ils aux gencives sensibles ?

Si vous avez les gencives sensibles, privilégiez une sensation de brossage douce et une pression légère. Parmi nos deux variantes, le crin de cheval offre une sensation plus souple. En cas de sensibilité persistante, demandez conseil à votre dentiste.

Une brosse à dents en bambou peut-elle abîmer ou rayer les gencives ?

Une pression excessive pendant le brossage peut irriter les gencives, quelle que soit la matière des poils. Nous recommandons donc un brossage doux, sans appuyer fortement. Si vous ressentez une douleur ou une irritation persistante, demandez conseil à votre dentiste

Comment entretenir et faire sécher ma brosse à dents en bambou ?

Après chaque brossage, rincez la tête à l'eau claire puis laissez-la sécher à la verticale dans un endroit aéré. Évitez de la laisser dans un verre rempli d'eau ou dans une boîte fermée afin de limiter l'humidité.

Combien de temps dure une brosse à dents à poils naturels ?

Durée de vie recommandée : environ 3 mois (12 semaines), ou dès que les poils s’ouvrent ou se ramollissent.

Non. Nous ne croyons pas à la perfection.

Il est pratiquement impossible d'éliminer toute exposition aux matériaux synthétiques ou aux substances que l'on souhaite éviter dans la vie moderne.

Notre approche est plus simple : identifier les changements pertinents, les rendre accessibles et vous laisser décider lesquels ont du sens pour vous et votre foyer.

Pourquoi GRAVON parle-t-elle de « désintoxiquer » le foyer ?

Par « désintoxiquer son foyer », nous entendons simplementréduire progressivement les produits et matériaux que l'on souhaite éviter dans son environnement quotidien. Ce n'est pas une promesse médicale et nous ne prétendons pas pouvoir rendre un foyer « sans toxines ».

Non. Elle est notre point de départ.

Nous voulons progressivement explorer d'autres produits du quotidien utilisés par les foyers, en conservant le même standard : des matériaux clairement présentés, des informations vérifiables et aucune promesse que nous ne pouvons pas démontrer.
